Hold on a minute, it really does have to be that way. I am here to help!

With my expertise in pharmacy, child’s mental health development and SLEEP SCIENCE, I believe I can guide you through the tough times! I look like the nutrition pattern, parenting style and behaviour pattern before offering a sleep plan.

Still feels like an uphill battle? Well, it’s not going to be easy. I am not going to make promises I cannot deliver. I focus on evidence-based approaches and make sure the parent understand why I am suggesting the changes. So I will need your devotion for at least 2 weeks (you don’t have to see me for 2 weeks, but you have to stick to the plan for 2 weeks).

The end of the day, you cannot expect your baby will acquire a new sleep schedule with your partying every night out there, can you?

I only want one thing – true understanding in sleep, so the parent has the tools available on hands in face of sleep regression at different stages.
